China welcomes the Skin Health Alliance
The Skin Health Alliance kicked off 2014 arriving in China adding to its ever expanding network of dermatologists and portfolio of partner brands.
Dermatology is now a thriving discipline in China. The Chinese Society of Dermatology currently comprises of more than 25,000 members and its population are becoming increasingly more skin savvy and interested in the products they use.
Over the coming months two international brands will communicate to Chinese consumers through broadcast, print and online media that their products are skin safe and have been awarded the Skin Health Alliance’s distinctive independent badge of quality.
The Skin Health Alliance awards professional accreditation to companies, services and brands seeking specialist dermatological endorsement. Alliance accreditation reassures consumers that a product has been professionally assessed by an independent dermatological committee, follows global safety directives and is not damaging to the environment at any stage of its development, manufacture or disposal.
